1. Perishable Goods Policy
Please Note: Due to the nature of fresh coffee and sandwiches, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind after the order was prepared or picked up. Our primary focus is resolving issues immediately to ensure you get the quality you paid for.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
Wrong Item: You received an item you did not order (e.g., a turkey sandwich instead of ham).
Quality Issue: Your item was found to be defective, spoiled, or significantly below standard upon receipt (e.g., a drink made incorrectly or a sandwich with spoiled ingredients).
To be eligible, you must report the issue within 1 day.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety standards, the following items are non-returnable:
All perishable goods (coffee, sandwiches, pastries, etc.) once they have been consumed or partially consumed.
Gift cards (non-refundable).
Items purchased from a third-party delivery service (please contact the delivery service directly).
4. Refund/Replacement Process
To initiate a request for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps immediately:

Provide Details: Include your order number, the item in question, and a clear description of the issue. Photos are required for all quality or damaged product claims.
Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will notify you of the approval for a full refund (in US Dollars) or the option for a replacement item available for immediate pickup at our Jersey City location.

Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Timing: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to officially post to your account, as processing times vary by bank or credit card company.
